Her drive to develop children and youth to tap their limitless potential allowed her to see beyond their surficial abilities and to bring out the best in them.

With that drive and as the national operator for Foundation for Environmental Education (FEE) for the FEE EcoCampus Programme (FEC), she founded and designed the Green Mentor programme for WWF-Malaysia’s FEC Programme where young environmental stewards were trained and developed through on the job training, community building and peer to peer learning among others. When she was in the role of national operator for the LEAF (Learning About Forest) programme, she kick-started and refined the Tiny Forest programme in Malaysia through Teacher Education Institutes of Malaysia as a protagonist for Malaysian schools.

Her three young boys are her inspiration in developing engaging and value-based activities that excite their young minds to think out of the box and develop positive learning abilities.
